Service Terms
Appointment booking procedures: Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
Cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Late arrival policy: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients, and full service fees may still apply. In some cases, we may need to reschedule.
Service pricing and payment terms: Prices may vary based on coat condition, size, behavior, and requested services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed, and accepted payment methods may be limited.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date pet health information, including any medical conditions or mobility limitations
Disclose any history of aggressive behavior, biting, or anxiety that could affect handling or safety
Ensure your pet’s vaccinations are current as required by local regulations and/or our facility policies
Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or product restrictions (including skin conditions or reactions)
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for complications arising from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed medical issues, or a pet’s behavior (including stress-related reactions) during or after grooming. Grooming involves inherent risks, including minor nicks, irritation, or injury, particularly with matted coats, sensitive skin, or pets that move unexpectedly. We will take reasonable care and follow safety practices; however, our total liability for any claim related to services or online booking is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors) solely to provide their services to us. In an emergency involving your pet’s health or safety, we may share relevant information with a veterinarian or emergency clinic to support timely care.
